These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between Anne Cadic (hereinafter referred to as “We”) and customers (hereinafter referred to as “You”) of the website https://afriendinparis.com (hereinafter the “Site”). These T&Cs apply exclusively to all sales made through the Site.
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. We take great care in presenting and describing these products to provide you with the most accurate information possible. In case of errors or omissions, our liability shall not be engaged.
The prices of our products are indicated in euros (€) and include all taxes (VAT inclusive) as well as shipping costs. Orders are payable in euros. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of your order.
Orders can only be placed through the Site. The ordering process includes selecting products, adding them to the cart, validating the order, choosing the payment method, and confirming the order by the customer.
Payment is due at the time of order. You can make the payment by credit card via PayPal. Payment information transmitted is secure and encrypted.
We deliver our products internationally. Shipping costs are included in the price of the products. Products are shipped to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process. Delivery times are given as an indication only and may vary depending on the destination.
In accordance with current legislation, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.
Anne Cadic cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of the contract in case of stock outage or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and means of transport and/or communications.
All elements of the Site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Anne Cadic. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the Site whether in the form of a photo, logo, visual or text.
Anne Cadic commits to preserving the confidentiality of the information provided by customers. Any information transmitted is subject to the provisions of the data protection law.
This contract is subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In the absence of an agreement, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
